The heater provides a convinient, dependable and efficient method of applying concentrated heater to solid metal components such as die blocks, molds, platens, sealing, foodservice, semiconductor etc. Also, they can be used to heat water and air. Most of the heaters are used in plastic and rubber industry. Also they service in medical, chemical, package, eletronics and so on lines.
The cartridge heaters are divided into two types by different application: one is anticorrosive and the other is restraining temperature cartridge heater.
Also, according to the working circumstance, we can choose high wattage density or low watt density cartridge heaters.
